Payment
All payments must be received by Enser one week before the start of the class. If payment is not received before one week from the start of the class, Enser has the right to cancel the registration.

If payment arrangements are not completed within the specified time period, the customer will be notified that they are no longer registered for the class.

Cancellation
A student may cancel registration in a course and receive a full refund by providing Enser written notification of cancellation on or before 11 business days prior to the course starting date.

Because of the limited number of seats available for each course, the full cost of the course will be charged for any course cancellation made less than 10 business days prior to the start of the course. The company will then have 6 months from date of class to reschedule into another class. If the company does not reschedule within 6 months, they must pay in full for a new registrant.

Enser reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or relocate courses on or before 6 business days prior to the start of the course. Any payment made for a cancelled course will be refunded in full or applied to another course.

Travel and Accommodations
Travel, lodging, and meals are the responsibility of each student. The Training Locations page provides hotel information, a map and directions.

On-Site Courses
Depending on the number of students to be trained, it can be cost-effective to have training courses conducted at your own facility. To receive information about on-site courses call 856.829.5522 ext 50 or e-mail Maria Catalano at maria.catalano@enser.com.

Prices for on-site courses do not include travel and lodging expenses which are the customer's responsibility.
