Over the past years, we've seen an increased interest for Enser to provide a total turnkey service in which Enser assumes responsibility for the complete project from engineering and design to the manufacturing and testing of the product.

The concept of tying the design and build function together under one roof reduces lead times, expedites solving of unforseen problems and ultimately enables the project to be completed expeditiously and cost effectively. By means of concurrently running the purchase of the component parts and fabrication of the product during the latter part of the design cycle results in a compressed lead time. In having Ensers engineering and design staff follow the fabrication process, any unforeseen build problems can be addressed and solved quickly. Also, by segregating component parts by levels of manufacturing complexitity, we can source to our network of qualified vendors by item according to the required skill level needed to produce the component. This, along with utilizing our own on site machine shop for assembly and debug, leads to cost effectiveness throughout the project.
