Process Animation

UNLEASH YOUR PRODUCT DESIGN

Businesses are always looking at ways to bring their products to market faster and ENSER is always looking at ways to get them there! Our latest service we are offering our clients is an animation and web publishing solution that allows communication of 3D product information for downstream applications including interactive assembly, maintenance and repair documentation, product catalogs and presentations. There is little preparation involved, just deciding how someone might use the specific product or procedure. Once this has been established, there are two outputs that can be performed, a web page (HTML) and/or a Windows based movie (AVI) file.

ENSER is able to use this new tool as a gateway to universally share information that spans across product design, development, sales and service in the following manners;

  • Engineering - animation of key elements of a specific design for presentation purposes
  • Manufacturing - animation of production procedures embedded in electronic process sheets
  • Training - animation of operational procedures
  • Maintenance - animation of maintenance procedures accessible via a laptop using a typical Web browser
  • Sales - animation of actual design embedded as an AVI video in customer proposal
  • Marketing - animation showing key features of a new product viewable with Powerpoint or a Web browser

ENSER is currently using this tool for a variety of different clients in a variety of different ways; to convey design intent, to communicate product information, as a training aid, and to facilitate product assembly and servicing. Our clients have said that this service has reduced the time it takes to communicate complicated mechanisms by 75%.
